    4. Progressive Delivery – Select progressive delivery if you want the writer to upload periodic drafts for your perusal.

    5. Order Progress Tracking – a client can ask the writer the progress with their order. We also use percentages on our website to report the work already completed and that which is yet to be done.

    6. References/Resource - If you request for the references used, the writer will upload them as files in the files section and as a list of references too.

Note that if you are providing details about an order, you must do so as follows:

Failure to provide the materials, resources, and readings on time and within the deadline will attract an extra pay and time to enable the writers to complete the paper.

    1. If there is mismatch, the support will coordinate with the respective writer to modify the order to ensure that the requirements are met.

      1. You can request reimbursement if our service failed to fulfill its duties towards you. As our service offers legitimate academic assistance, we want to be 100% sure that you leave fully satisfied!

      2. Even though we have a high satisfaction rate (97%), sometimes thing can go wrong. If that is the case, you can refer to these specifics that count as our Money Back Guarantee Policy:

        1. You can only receive a full refund if no expert has been assigned to your order. Even though rare, a situation comes when no expert has the knowledge and skills to tackle an order. In this case, you get 100% refund.

        2. If an expert confirmed that they’re working on your order but you cancelled it, you will get between 100% to 70% to cater for the company and the expert’s time.

        3. If an order is delivered late, the company might decide on the amount of refund you will get.

        4. If you have a duplicate order that you want to cancel, you must contact the customer support team as soon as possible. You need to clarify with us that the other order is not needed. The order would be treated as being valid if we did not receive any cancellation request before an Expert has been assigned. You can still cancel the order, but one of the situations listed above will be applied.

        5. If you are billed twice, you need to notify us immediately, especially if Your Personal Balance didn’t change. You need to send us both receipts so we can properly address the issue and process the full refund for the extra charge. This instance happens on very rare occasions. There is no way for a customer to be billed for any single order unless they paid for it by mistake. When such incidents do occur, we can freeze or block the sum for the next order or give out a discount that can cover the total sum.

        6. If there is a claim that the Product the writer has helped you with is plagiarized, a Turnitin report is needed. There will be no other reports that can be accepted aside from this, or else no refund is possible.

      1. You will not get a discount if:

        1. You receive a lower grade than what is expected. We are not in the business of selling grades and so we do not guarantee high grades. A product is only tailored as a model sample only or as a point of reference when conducting research. It is never to be submitted as your work (Refer to sections/clauses 10, 14, and 16 of this terms that specify the scope of use of our products).

        2. If the customer claims that the order has been delayed when the reality is that the payment was also delayed, we shall not bear responsibility for it. Moreover, a refund cannot be requested.

        3. Refunds are available within six months of the original transaction date. If six months had passed since the transaction date, we cannot offer you a refund.

        4. If we sense deceit or malice in your refund request, we will provide details to the respective authorities.

        5. If you have already filed and received a refund for an order.

        6. If we determine that you downloaded our product.

        7. If you used our product in any way.

      3. If the customer is not satisfied and would like to get a refund instead, the company/administration will conduct an investigation. The refund claim will be approved or denied based on the result of the investigation. Keep in mind that we always want our customers to be fully satisfied. Hence, we will always do our best to treat the customer fairly and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
